The Melville Theatre Company has been entertaining the southern suburbs (and much further a field) since 1983. We welcome as members all people of any age who are interested in live theatre. Not simply as actors but writers, directors, set builders, carpenters, musicians, electricians, tea- makers, and any other skills you can name! Our theatre is at the corner of Stock Road & Canning Highway and we aim to provide an eclectic mix of theatre for the enjoyment of all. We currently run 6 productions each year. The Stirling Theatre Players is located in the Innaloo Recreation Centre. The venue is equipped with a purpose built stage and greenroom, chairs and evaporative air-conditioning. The club has purchased new stage curtains, lighting and sound equipment and fitted out the greenroom. Their aim is to promote and encourage drama within the City of Stirling for cultural, educational and recreational purposes, not for profit. Stirling Players Youth (SPY) caters for young people aged between 13 and 21 years. Workshops are held and include basic skills of acting, movement, set design and construction, lighting and sound effects, costume, directing, stage management and script writing. |

The Irish Theatre Players group was formed in 1981 and is associated with the Irish Club of WA. They aim to present four seasons per year of mainly, but not exclusively Irish plays, ranging from the classics to contemporary works. Members of all nationalities are welcomed. |

Garrick Theatre was founded 75 years ago and was named after the famous
English actor and dramatist, David Garrick.
Garrick is always interested in attracting new
